Structural welding.
Beams, frames, brackets, and custom steel assemblies — welded to print, full penetration where the spec calls for it.
Send the drawing — you’ll get a number and a timeline.
The scope
The spec is the spec.
Structural steel is where “close enough” goes to fail. Beams, frames, brackets, and assemblies carry load through every weld — so every weld gets treated like the drawing is watching. Built to print when there’s a print; drawn up properly first when there isn’t.
This is where the aerospace background earns its keep: fit-up verified before an arc is struck, joints prepped to bright metal, full-penetration welds where the connection demands them, and post-weld inspection against the standard — the same traveler that ships with every Red Desert job. MIG, TIG, and stick, matched to the section and the position.
Commercial and industrial work runs in the bay or goes up where it stands via the mobile unit. One-off brackets and assemblies without a print live under custom fabrication.

-
Q.01
Do you work from engineered drawings?
Yes — built to print is the default, weld symbols and all. No print? The job gets drawn up and agreed before steel is cut, so what’s built is what you expected.
-
Q.02
Which welding processes do you run?
MIG, TIG, and stick — matched to the metal, the section, and the position rather than to habit. Process selection is part of the quote, not an afterthought.
-
Q.03
Can you weld structure on site?
Yes. The mobile unit handles steel that has to go up where it stands, anywhere in Washington County.
-
Q.04
Is the work certified?
The welding is done by an ASME-certified welder with two-plus years of precision aerospace fabrication behind the hood — and every weld is inspected against the standard before hand-off.
