    What does “everyday radius” mean?

    Towns within roughly 25 minutes of the shop: St. George, Washington City, Santa Clara, Ivins, Hurricane, Leeds, and Dammeron Valley. The truck runs there routinely and the 48-hour scheduling target applies.

  • Q.02

    What is a “scheduled trip”?

    Farther towns: La Verkin, Toquerville, Springdale, Veyo, Enterprise, Apple Valley, and Cedar City. Calls there are grouped by area and given a firm date so the drive is shared across jobs instead of billed to one.

  • Q.03

    Do you go farther than the towns listed?

    Sometimes. Kanab, Beaver, Overton, and similar get a yes or no when you describe the job. A large install is worth the drive. A single hinge repair usually is not.

  • Q.04

    Is travel a separate charge?

    Travel is included in the quote you get up front. It is not added afterward.
